Dr. Fanto is by far the most personable and caring doctor I've been to. He's created a very relaxed office environment where you can be yourself, very different from the typical PM doctors that grill you or make you feel like a nuisance or seeking meds.
He was the first pain specialist I ever used, long before I finally found that I had severe neurological problems from a birth defect. He taught me about management of pain and not to fear medication when used appropriately. I’m so sorry he’s not taking new patients but any associate he recommends is bound to be very very good.
I’m sad that I now live too far away to easily work with him (or his office) but if I could I would. I’m 70 years old and he’s the best doctor I ever had.

I've been seeing Doctor Fanto for 17 years. I've had chances of going to other doctors. I would never leave him. He has treated very well in mind and body. All the other doctors I've seen either wanted to do surgery or give me injections. I won't do surgery because after at least 7 or 8 MRI's they can't find what my back pain originates at. Injections, epidurals never worked. Doctor Fanto is a caring and great doctor who listens to your problems and doesn't just dispense pills.
Dr Fanto definitely deserves a 5 Star Rating. He is by far the most caring doctor that I have ever went to in my entire life. Dr Fanto treats each and every one of his patients with Respect, , knows them by their First name, And most of all, He Truly cares about each and everyone of his patients,. Which is very hard to find Anymore.
I would with out a doubt give Dr Fanto and his Staff an A Plus in
1. Knowledge
2. Giving Each patient the One on One Time to ask questions.
3. Always cheerful
4. Has a great staff . Robin has worked hard to get to be the Office Manager. Eileen trained Robin before she retired , so the transition was very smooth for us patients. She is very personable and caring which makes us all feel very comfortable when coming in for our appts.
