The coaches are all top notch, and you will definitely learn a lot.

Master Bob is old school legit. He was very influential in Muay Thai coming to AZ since the 80s and 90s. Nick and Damien have been in martial arts since they were knee high and know their way around the gym and ring very well. They have trained Muay Thai for a long time and have proven records to show it.

Have been taking classes at Golden Era for about a month and a half now and have really fallen in love with it. The coaches Damian, Bob and Nick are excellent and I’ve become friends with a lot of the students as well.

Whether you are looking for a good workout, or you are looking to fight competitively, this gym can help you. It’s expected that you listen when being instructed and give 100% of your effort. This really isn’t too much to ask for if you’re serious about your goals.

Learning begins outside your comfort zone, and this is a great gym to push yourself. The instructors are top notch, and they expect students to work hard and be their best. Everyone I've met here has been friendly. This is not an easy style, but if you're humble, and willing to learn you will love it.

Amazing gym, amazing coaches. Everything from zero experience to highly experienced can learn and grow here. Have no idea why the other review says unprofessional!?! I have trained many places in my life from BJJ, Judo to now Muay Thai. Golden Era is the real deal. Maybe the other reviewer was looking for "Foxy Boxing" or "Karate Fit" classes.
