  I have been training with Zach for four weeks. I've trained with weights the better part of 30 years, but never they way Zach has introduced specific techniques to me. Zach's approach is targeted and focused, thus ensuring you are maximizing your training sessions.
  
  Zach has introduced some of the most unassuming techniques that have pushed me the most towards realizing my workout goals. Without question Zach is knowledgeable about body dynamics, physiology, and is well qualified to get his clients to their end goals. I look forward to seeing the progress I achieve over the coming weeks and months ahead.

  Awesome place to workout! I have been working with Carlos since the start of summer and already seeing great strength gains. He always keeps an eye out for good form too! Zach and Carlos go out of their way to make sure they are taking all precautions too during this pandemic... making me feel very safe to go and workout there!

  I have been training at Everybitfit with Zach for ten months now and have lost 22 pounds and counting! I've always played sports and consider myself an athlete but life happened, I fell into a comfort zone, and essentially let myself go.
  
  I knew I needed to get back to it and took to my favorite guide to find a place to start training - Yelp! Normally I don't roll with the first place I click on but this was close to my house AND job, so I had to check it out. Ten months later and here I still am. Zach is personable, knowledgeable about everything fitness-related, and holds his clients accountable, including me.
  
  I have been enjoying the journey thus far and appreciate the honesty and flexibility Zach at Everybitfit has to offer. Until my goals are reached, you won't find me working out anywhere else and even then, I'll be hanging around for my maintenance goals. Thank you, Everybitfit!

  This personal training gym has everything you need! Zach is able to tailor workout plans that work for anyone and everyone. His workouts are unique and hit all the necessary areas. It is also a very clean gym!! If you need a place and coach to help meet your goals, check this place out — you won’t be disappointed!

  I started training with Zach O'Kane at Everybitfit on Northsight Blvd close to four years now. I began going once a week because of the 45 minute drive time I have to get there. I added a second day because of the results I was seeing and, in the past year, have gone to a third day! Everybitfit puts "PERSONAL" back into personal training! Zach knows his stuff. No two workouts are ever the same (unlike other personal trainers I have had) and he knows how to work muscles -- he can isolate a muscle which will totally change what you are doing. He and his other trainers are friendly and very accommodating to your schedule. I highly recommend that you leave your big box gym and see what a real personal trainer can do for you!
