  This past year, I started to see Cara for thyroid issues as I wasn't feeling I was getting any clarity from endocrinologists. She is so caring and willing to answer questions. No endocrinologist has been willing to engage with my question of 'why is my thyroid enlarging' other than doing a biopsy which came back benign and putting me on a low dose synthroid. Cara did talk to me about different reasons this inflammation might be happening, and I've found through trying different ideas she suggested, that iodine and gluten are big factors for me. It is mind-blowing and undeniable what I different I feel in my increased energy, lifting of mental fog, and decrease of thyroid size. I am so, so thankful for Cara.
  
  If you are hitting roadblocks with your thyroid issues, I would definitely encourage you to see Cara! Just as we've come to see that gastroenterology and naturopathic medicine work together, it has been my experience that endocrinology and naturopathic medicine can also go hand in hand.

  My husband and I were very pleased from the first call for In take, to the receptionist and then meeting Dr. Cara James. Dr Cara James was very professional After a few brief moments I knew I was in the right place. I have been having severe skin issues as well as my hormones not being balanced. Dr. James Recommended I get a Dutch test (5 strip urine sample.) For my Hormones. And a E-95 Food Safe Basic Food Panel test. I am really excited to work on healing my body with Dr. James help.

  Dr Kyle is great. She is extremely knowledgeable but she acts like a warm unassuming friend. I enjoy my quiet moments with her as she guides me to restored health.

  To Whom It May Concern (especially those who suffer or knows someone who suffers with pain).
  
  Dr. Mike and the staff at Naturopathic Physicians Group, through the use of prolo, PRP, stem cell, nutrition, supplements, treatments and education has brought healing throughout my neck, back and whole body. With this healing I do not need to have a doctor align my vertebra and relieve extreme pain up to four times a week (which I did prior to working with Dr. Mike).
  
  I recommend to anyone who suffers or knows one whom suffers for various reasons to obtain relief, healing and healthy life options at NPG. Where you will find a staff of kind people whom want you to be healthy and happy.

  Naturopathic Physicians Group continues to be one of the BEST decisions I made for my health. Dr. Kyle is AWESOME!! My hormonal issues are headed in the right direction as a result of the supplements and following her guidance and directions. She EDUCATES the patient as to what is going on with your body and how things are working. I have never gotten that from any doctor before. I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I started going to Naturopathic Physicians Group. Dr. Cara is also great and I've gone to her for seasonal allergies when they have flared up.
