I enjoyed the experience enough to purchase a membership, which is very affordable. 8 months later my body is stronger and more flexible. IF you are new to Pilates, Cheryl Korwin is the teacher for you. She will make sure you get the moves right, to maximize your workout and avoid injury. And if you're more experienced, she will challenge you in fun ways too. I love the variety of styles taught by the different instructors, each has her own specialty. The new studio is spacious, nicely appointed with great parking. There is a wonderful group of "regulars" who are very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Pilates Joe.
