  This is a great place to workout. All trainers are very welcoming and so are most of the women that attend. I am fairly familiar with weights, and in good shape so a few of the trainers ALWAYS challenge me which I love.. It's one of the reasons I stay.
  1star off, its "Boxing" as far as the name, but 9 out of 10 people do not know how to punch from what I've witnessed. I think that may cause a false confidence in some. However that's not the gyms fault, as we are all grown and can figure it out. This place will keep you moving, make you sweat, great atmosphere!

  I have been meaning to write a review and was lucky enough to be reminded! I love this location and circuit training. The trainers have all been fabulous and the classes are so much fun. I love their approach and the fun attitude they have about everything. I have never done circuit training before and always feel like the slowest person in the room but the trainers never make me feel any sort of way about that! They encourage me and are patient with me since I have a knee injury I need to work around. The app is awesome! So easy to schedule classes and view your attendance. I really wish I had done it sooner. Love this place and wish they had one back East so Incould join there as well! Great job, Jabz!

  This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. The trainers are amazing and they are very intuitive. They can tell exactly when I need a break and when I need them to push me further. I love coming here. It’s not personal training but it sure feels like it. They make sure to get to know you so every work out feels personal. The circuit is also super awesome. I never get bored working out and an hour passes by in an instant.

  This was a great workout. I love that they had modifications for all of my crazy injuries and they were also so helpful as I worked myself through my first time at the facility. The trainers and owners are wonderfully nice as well. I would recommend this place to any female that want to get back in shape or to maintain or get with a great group of ladies and enjoy yourself working out. Everyone is so encouraging.

  I absolutely love this place. I have been a member in Glendale for about 2 and a half years and am in the best shape of my life. I love that the Surprise location is now open because it’s a bit closer to my house. The class sizes are limited and even when they are full, I still feel like I get a personalized, one on one session with the trainer. You can’t get that anywhere else without paying a ridiculous amount of money. Jabz is fairly priced for what it is, and it IS a premier studio, no doubt about it. Trainers are amazing and the women that are members, they are just as incredible. There is no place like it and you get the most for your money.
