I brought my BMW 540 to Bill's Bimmers today with the owner of Tri-City transmission, Dave. I had a vibration/rattle occurring when in Drive or Reverse, but only when the car was not moving. Since I recently had the transmission rebuilt at Tri-City, I brought it there. Dave wasn't convinced it was a transmission problem, so we took a quick ride over to Bill's Bimmers down the street. They quickly threw my car up on the rack and identified the problem as a missing screw in the exhaust heat shield. They put in a new screw and had the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes..... AND wouldn't even let me pay them for it. Joel, Mike and the rest of the crew at Bill's Bimmers definitely earned my business going forward today. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and - most importantly - helpful. Thanks again guys, you made my day!

(480) 966-4779. We were visiting from Colorado when my "check the radiator" warning on my 2013 335i came on. Stopped by hoping it just needed some coolant, but no. It had a radiator leak and needed a new radiator, hoses, etc (not cheap on a BMW). Well fortunately for me my car is still under warranty.
