  I have not used the bed yet so I don’t know if that will be 5 stars, but our salesperson Daniel Duran was so friendly and helpful, it made the experience great. Regardless of the mattress quality, Daniel is a good guy.

  This place has the softest most wonderful and comfortable bed. It’s the soft Addison bed and can only be purchased in their stores. Don’t let them steer you to another model. The best and most comfy bed they sell is the ADDISON SOFT. We’ve had to buy one for our guest room because all of our houseguests that lie on our master bed to visit just gush over how comfortable it is! It has springs on the bottom and memory foam on the top. Like sleeping in a nest.

  Super fast, friendly, and honest customer service! I went in to downgrade my bed and the guy was understanding and kind and honest about all of the products. 10/10

  Pleasant experience. The mattress was in our budget. And Daniel, the salesman, was able to throw in a few goodies (2 free pillows, free white glove delivery, an extra 5% off) in order to get the deal done.

  We experienced excellent customer service! Scott, Mgr. was very helpful and informative. He explained to my wife and I the different types of mattresses and what would be more suitable to our needs. We could tell right away that Brooklyn Bedding offers quality products. We would definitely refer Brooklyn Bedding to our friends and family!
