  So, I moved from California leaving my pool table behind anticipating buying a new one. I contacted a few places before finding Diamondback billiards. Daniel Schaffer was the sales professional who assisted me.
  What a pleasure he was and is every time I need assistance. He is very knowledgeable and so very helpful. He had all the right answers to my many questions. I couldn’t be happier.
  I was also introduced to his wingman, Mark Stoller, who has helped me out with some questions regarding my purchase. Unfortunately Dan had a day off but Mark stepped right in and took care of business.
  If you’re looking to purchase a table and want great customer service I highly recommended you give Diamondback billiards a call. I’m sure all the sales reps are wonderful but I’m partial to Dan and Mark.
  Shout out to the two of you for making my experience a great one.

  The salesman Mark really knows what he is talking about when it comes to the product he sells. He gave me a great history lesson on the tables. He showed me various options I have available to custom order.

  Just wow! I was on a budget and looking for the impossible. Mark in sales is a superhero. Found the right product for my needs. Best customer service ever. Keep it up diamond back billiard. Hats off to the whole team.

  Such a great experience shopping here with Mark was greeted promptly at the door and amazing billiards knowledge. Great customer service maintenanced my new cues and was an all around fun guy to do business with.. Will definitelybe back and refer my friends
