Brake Masters #106

I have using this brake masters location for many years and have always had a great experience. They are honest and do not upset. I plan to continue using them and will keep referring friends and family

I have done business with this company at this location before and was always satisfied with their work. I had moved away for a number of years and this was my first time using them again. I looked them up online and saw they had a coupon for the service I needed. I called and they said I could bring my car in immediately. The person at the desk was very professional, the waiting area was clean, had a TV, restroom, vending machines and they even offered me free bottled water. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. They did not try to upsell me. They accepted the coupon without question. The whole experience was very pleasant. I will be back the next time my car needs repairs.

We went here to get our jeeps new tires aligned. The guy behind the counter was fast and efficient. He advised it would be a couple hours before starting any paperwork. Which was nice. The vehicle was done around the time frame quoted. When we picked it up the man took the time to explain what the alignment was before and after and explained the graph and what each one of the numbers meant. I would come back here again to get work done on my vehicle.

Was promptly Assisted by Gustavo who providing me Excellent customer service. He provided payment options and solutions that specifically met my needs Gustavo and his whole staff demonstrated professionalism and a superb customer service experience Recommended all family and friends.

Frank the manager, was great! Really the whole staff. I went in for oil change, left and my oil house covering broke. I was driving to gym when they called me to advise me the mechanic saw oil dripping from my truck. I check and I had a massive oil leak. Took it back, they fixed it right away and took care of all additional parts.
