  Brought my car in for an oil change. Although short staffed, I was done in less than an hour. Everyone was courteous and friendly as usual. Rotating my tires was done and one tire had less air than than the others. I want to thank everyone here for their attention and help.

  The front desk staff and garage technicians at Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care on Tanque Verde and Bear Canyon make life so much better and nicer. Without exception, I've found them to be professional, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. There is one thing, in particular, that I like. They treat customers with respect. Especially important to me is that the are honest. If there is something outside the scope of their expertise, they just say so. After a close and timely inspection of your vehicle, they tell you their diagnosis, give you their recommendations and options and let you decide how to proceed. I've never felt pressured there and I've never had them try to sell me things I don't need. Vehicle maintenance and repair can be stressful and difficult. Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care on Tanque Verde and Bear Canyon gives you a soft place to land.

  Stopped there 3 times to have air added to a low tire. Always dealt with friendly techs who seemed happy to help. Then stopped to have tire looked at. Because it was a Friday morning I was told that it would take a little time to get to me. I appreciate knowing that in advance. They took out a big screw, repaired the tire and sent me on my way. Great front desk personnel. I would definitely go there again.

  Customer service is excellent, I have been taking my vehicles to Jacks for years now and they are always courteous (while you wait ) and do professional job at reasonable prices!

  Outstanding service, I needed an alignment that had to hit a certain time frame. Kevin at the front desk guaranteed me I would be out the door by 11:00, so I drove across town based on Kevin’s word. I got there roughly around 9:00 and was out of there before 10:00. Thank you for getting the job done.
