I cannot express the gratitude I have for Tina in making our move as smooth as possible, even down to giving a spot-on moving cost estimate and keeping to our timelines. Moving can be stressful but working with Tina was a dream. She is a perfect example of an excellent employee, great customer care, communication and committed to doing a great job. The teams of movers were also very professional, quick and friendly. Aurelio and Alfred were exceptional when delivering our stuff to our new home in Tucson, very patient in handling our stuff. I also want to recognize Jesus who loaded his truck and safely transmitted our items to Tucson.

(June 6, 2019, 4:30 pm)It all went very smooth. The movers on both ends were exceptional; very efficient and helpful. Wanda, the move coordinator in Phoenix, was the best. She was excellent in keeping me informed and helpful. She called me several times during the move to make sure everything was going smooth and she always took the time to explain every detail. If I ever need to move again I will only use United.
