  I highly recommend Silverbell Self Storage in Tucson, AZ for all your storage needs. Laura the manager, is friendly, organized and assisted me with all of my questions and concerns. She is the best and the epitome of customer service. They have great rates and many storage sizes and spaces.

  We needed short-term summer storage and surprisingly, this was not that simple. Luckily we found Silverbell. Laura, the manager, was/is the best! She answered all of my questions, was so very friendly and helpful . She made the entire process a breeze! I highly recommend Silverbell Self Storage!

  I moved to Silverbell Storage from another facility. The Manager was super nice and professional. She took me on a tour of the facility and showed me some units.The property is super clean which I was pleased with and I feel real safe coming to my storage after office hours.The last place I was at is very dirty and I never felt safe after office hours.
  I am so glad I made the move. If you are looking for a clean and safe Storage facility I highly recomend Silverbell Storage.

  I moved from another storage location because I needed climate control. I am very happy with everything about Silverbell Self Storage. The staff is VERY friendly, the units are easy to access and it is new and clean. There pricing is quite a bit lower than other sites. They don't force you to have insurance (if you have your own) and they have a three day grace period for cancellations.

  I was very happy with this facility, especially the helpfulness and clarity of the staff on their procedures, as well as how sparkly clean everything was. I felt that my stuff was safe, most importantly. My only complaint was access. I had a small interior unit in the middle of a long hallway that was hard to access for movers. Make sure you know which unit you will be in before you sign up. Also, I had a few problems with my gate card not working, but they addressed the issue promptly.
