  The MissionHQ has a lot of different classes you can participate in to get active and healthy with your lifestyle. They offer high intensity circuit training, sparring/kickboxing, weight lifting training, and Zumba! The staff and members are all so welcoming and will treat you like family here. Don't hesitate, drop by and gain motivation and confidence in getting stronger mentally and physically!

  Looking for a fitness facility that is guaranteed to make you break a gallon of sweat? Look no further as The Mission HQ has fitness classes with experienced trainers , that will for sure make you break a sweat with a mixture of Boxing incorporated with HIIT training classes. The facility is a non-profit, family-like ambience with a wide array of strength based focus weight lifting equipment (cage style squat racks,etc.). Many of the gym members give back to the community by participating in community service/donations.

  Wilson, Amy, Czar, Tiana and the rest of the team are awesome! Never been to a gym before and I love it. It's a great community. Doesn't matter what shape you are in, as long as you try. Wilson is inspiring!

  Mission HQ has made working out possible during the pandemic. Coach Shauna’s Core + Pedal Hit class is exactly what I need to stay fit and healthy. When I go I feel energized and when I don’t I feel sluggish. The hardest part of working out is leaving the house! Thank you Mission HQ and coach Shana for being there!!
