I had a flat tire on a road trip and came in for repair on a busy Saturday. Aaron Ginn’s service here was exceptional. He was very informative, helpful, and understanding. He also tried to help us get out ASAP. Highly recommend this dealership.
My experience was clearly smooth. Much better staff than Stevens creek. Showed up 7 in the morning for my service. Was greeted well and got a loaner in about 20mins and off I go.
Was constantly updated by Ken about the progress and giving me options for the fix and ETA. Car was ready by noon, but I got back from work at 555 and took my car back.
Car was cleaned inside out as well very satisfied. Will definitely come back for service.
