They come out every other month for routine bug spray inside & outside. The technician is always polite, on time & thorough with his inspections. He wears shoe covers while inside my home which I love since I don't allow shoes in my place. I highly recommend Orkin if you're looking for routine sprays, I no longer have an ant or spider problem.

Genuine and friendly. I'm the new homeowner and didn't know I was under a prepaid contract for annual termite inspection and traps. Orkin rep didn't try to push an extension and did t throw scare tactics. Answered all questions and offered to look into questions he couldn't readily answer. Will likely renew the previous owners contract based on this.

Brad and Billie were both very informative and professional. I’m glad we went with Orkin. Only time will tell if the treatment will work but I have no doubt it will after talking with the tech.
