  The time to completion with Attic Pros was just incredible.
  
  We contacted Attic Pros on a Friday to ask for a quote for adding insulation in our attic and crawlspace. Jeremy came the next Monday for inspection, gave us some advice, and provided the quote right away. We made the decision to go with them on Tuesday, asking if there's any way to complete the job before the end of the week - and they arrived with a crew and completed the job the next day (Wednesday)! The whole thing took less than a week between initial contact to job completion!
  
  Marvin was the lead on-site. He was nice, professional, and easy to work with. He had years of experience and answered our questions patiently. The crew pretty much worked the entire day, with 5 people split between the attic and the crawlspace. They warned us about the noise level (of the vacuums), but we ended up staying in the house while the work was going on. It wasn't unbearable.
  
  To be honest, it's difficult to tell the quality of the work right now without the test of time and weather, plus I'm no expert, but everything appear to be fine and relatively neat (see pictures attached), and the price was reasonable. Jeremy said that he can send out a guy in a few months when it rains to see if we are getting too much moisture in the crawlspace, and just to make sure everything's alright.
  
  Hopefully this makes our non-AC'ed house livable this summer!

  We utilized Attic Pros to clean and replace our roof insulation and duct work. They also installed moisture barrier plastic in our crawlspace. First the estimate was done by Jeremy who was on time and very detailed on what needed to be done. Jeremy was extremely helpful and professional and the quote was reasonable for the work needing to be done The crews showed up on time and worked extremely hard. It’s tough work in tight spaces and they worked all day at full throttle. Osman and Maldonado led the teams and were also extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Attic Pros.

  We heard scratching sound in the attic and suspected mice activity up there. We called Attic Pro. Jeremy came and did inspection. He did not find any mice, but confirmed past rodent activity/damage. He recommended removing old insulation, cleaning/sanitizing attic and put in new blown-in insulation. The whole bill is roughly $5,500. We finally decided to go forward with the project. The crew led by Ramiro came on Tuesday to do the job. They worked diligently and did a good job. Ramiro is a very good project manager and his team worked hard.
  
  Positive: professional and experienced project manager; hardworking and polite crew members; good quality work in attic cleaning and putting in new insulation;
  
  Negative:
  1.the project team was not able to complete rodent proofing around the house because they started pretty late-the company is in Oakland. I live in the South Bay. Even though the project team members started working in early morning, by the time they got to my house and get ready for the project, it’s late morning already;
  2. It’s hard to schedule another time slot immediately afterwards to complete the project. So you keep worrying about mice coming back into the attic in between the time gap. Let’s see how soon we can get this done. I will provide update.
  3. The project team carefully built a tunnel with plastic to protect walls and to prevent debris spreading from the process. But the plastic they were equipped with was thin and flimsy. The wind tore many holes in it. I tried to patch some up with sticky tape but not very effective. The house got really dirty/dusty.
  
  Overall I am very happy with the project team, and satisfied for what they have done so far. I should have waited to pay after everything is completed though.
  
  Update: the AtticPro team came back and finished checking all vents and replacing those that were no good. Now I have a rodent proof house and peace of mind.

  Armando, Alfredo and Fernando are awesome and went above and beyond what was expected. Upon meeting them I knew I could trust them and left to work at the office both days they cleaned, insulated and rodent proofed my house. Good guys and even harder workers. As realtor I appreciate a good business that I can refer to other clients. Thanks for the hard work fellas!

  Attic Pros was very responsive with coming to do the inspection, providing a quote, and doing the work. I appreciate Jeremy, the project manager, and Luis, the foreman, for doing a superb job. The work involved diagnosing the problem (rodent was in the attic), removing the old insulation and droppings, sealing openings, putting in new insulation and cleaning up all the prep materials. The work was all done in one day! Much appreciated.
