(January 19, 2019, 12:06 am)We were greeted with excellent customer service upon entering the hotel late at night, early morning. Hotel lobby is very clean! Hotel staff were setting up the complimentary breakfast station and it smelled wonderful! Check-in was a breeze with the online app. Rooms are very spacious and has all the necessities. After settling in, we went down for breakfast and the variety provided will serve many people of all needs! Great service and hospitality!

(January 17, 2019, 11:32 am)It's the rainy season so the outside seating and common areas by the bay were enticing but not usable. The rooms are clean and have all you would need. The breakfast was s cut above most free breakfasts and the free dinner was tasty and a bonus. Definitely like this as a great option in Oakland.

(December 23, 2018, 10:04 pm)Great location right on the waterfront. Rooms are big and spacious with full kitchens. Full on complimentary breakfast in the morning. But $8 bucks for a single can of beer? Cmon guys that's a bit much.

(November 5, 2018, 7:55 pm)Staff was extremely friendly. Room was immaculate. The View was stunning. I'm extremely arachnophobic and so I told the cleaning lady and she got rid of the cob web that was on the sliding door for me. That made me sleep comfortably. Best hotel ever!
