(February 9, 2019, 1:03 pm)I met Jain years ago at a Rotary Club meeting and finally set up a meeting to review our insurance options. Jain was great to work with. She was very transparent and incredibly knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure, and her follow-up was always on point. She would patiently explain all available options and pros and cons. I highly recommend Jain and her office for your insurance needs. It is no surprise that her office is filled with all kinds of State Farm awards.

(November 28, 2018, 2:45 pm)State Farm Insurance (SFI) and Agent Jain Williams has provided me Renters Insurance coverage and came through with alternative housing when I needed it most: immediately after my apartment house partially burned and was severely smoke damaged as a result of an extensive apartment fire adjacent to my unit. They arranged for me to stay in a nearby hotel just after my claims was filed and found longer term housing in a nearby apartment which furnished shortly thereafter.
The Property management company referred by SFI started promptly and packaged my Art collection very well and other possibly salvageable (via ozone treatment) items such as books.

While I was in the office I noticed that everyone there is so kind and helpful to one another, and to their clients. Jain Williams runs a tight ship. I can highly recommend this State Farm office!
