  Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Tyler. He helped us navigate a very difficult & stressful condo sale, ultimately securing us a strong buyer that was able to close out our transaction.
  While our HOA sought legal proceedings against the builder, Tyler was able to manage the process and kept the transaction moving forward. He was able to focus our dysfunctional HOA and execute the sale. I highly recommend based on his strong grasp of the market, talent to manage multiple demands, and ability to get things done.

  I hired Tyler to sell my Dublin condo while I was out of state. He is an absolutely trustworthy seller's agent. All correspondence was done via phone or email... we had no face to face interactions. He delivered on a quick sale at a great price when the market had shifted from a sellers to balanced market. I highly recommend Tyler!

  Utilized Tyler both as a buyer's and seller's agent in my recent move. He was super responsive throughout both transactions (even while on vacation in France) and he has a remarkable depth of knowledge about the area and the local market which led us to list with him. On top of that, he has deep connections with other agents and service providers in the area which serves to streamline the nuts and bolts of the preparation and deals. I was also pleased with APR's processes and Tyler's assistants who made approving and signing electronic documents quick and simple. We ran into some snags on the selling end as the market started to turn right as we started getting offers and Tyler was still able to get us above our asking (and target) price through his experience and strong negotiating skills. Anyone who has ever done a real estate transaction knows there are stressors and speed bumps along the way and Tyler provided clear guidance with a calm, cool, and collected presence throughout. Highly recommended.

  Tyler made the most of every opportunity getting our home sold in almost record breaking fashion. My wife and I were under a big deadline to meet our contract with another seller, and Tyler came through big time, he orchestrated needed repairs, inspections, staging and the like with amazing competence and professionalism.   Tyler is the best. After talking to other Realtors, I knew Tyler was the best choice for me. He knew the community I was looking in very well and was able to negotiate strongly on my behalf.
  
  Tyler was available for meetings, by phone and text and always got back quickly. I’ll be giving Tyler’s name to all my friends who need a Realtor too.
  
  I did a lot of research and talk to my lender about the agent to use and when I mentioned to my lender I was going to use Tyler Moxley he agreed that I made a great choice. Tyler has the experience, patience and skills to make my home purchase a great experience.
