TOGO'S Sandwiches

I placed an online order today for (2) sandwiches and (2) wraps. When I got home, three of the four sandwiches were not made correctly. Both wraps were wrong and one of the sandwiches was not what I ordered. This location charges an average of $10+ per sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen but this level of error is beyond a mistake. I will not be spending any money at this location again and caution the community to beware.

I was contacted by the store owner about this order. He was proactive about resolving the issue and indicated that he would be speaking to his staff about the errors. He also initiated a refund for the sandwiches that were incorrectly made without me asking. I appreciate the proactive service in correcting this. Because of this I have changed my rating.

Wonderful place to eat. We like the assortment of breads and meat selection. Hit or cold sandwiches it’s plenty full. Get chips and a drink to go. Prices are reasonable.

The service was great! Everyone observed physical distancing. We were traveling and didn't have a chance to eat our sandwiches for a few hours, so the staff made sure to package the food in a way that made it stay fresh. They went the extra mile!
