  This is a wonderful place to live based on the rent and location as compared to other apartments around the area. You do not pay for water and garbage which saves you some money. It is also just a minute walking distance to the marina, in fact, you can even see activities at the marina from your apartment. It also have good amenities to keep you busy, a basket ball court, a big swimming pool and a gym to work out. In addition, the rooms are very large and spacious as compared to other apartments. Perfect place for your kids to play outside. My kids love it here. Parking is not a problem if you have an extra car because they a large extra lot for residents and their visitors.
  The staff are also professional in what they do. They follow up to complete any work requested in your apartment in a timely manner, either its an emergency or a non emergency work request. The Manager, Debra, will even go an extra mile to find out from you if your work was completed to your satisfactory or not. If you are looking for place to rent, Marina apartments is highly recommended.

  I have lived at Marina Heights for 7 years and have a studio which has been perfect. The grounds here are lush and they are dog friendly which is a plus. The office staff has always been very attentive to my needs and any requests I’ve had.
  I actually really enjoy living here and my place has become a home.
  You can’t beat the location for its directly across the street from the delta so if you like to cast a line out every now and then you would love it. Also BART is now right up the street so if your healthy you could walk to Bart in about 20 min. Or the bus stops right in front There are several activities that the City puts on close by, directly across the street durning the summer there’s First Friday’s which is music at the Marina’s lawn with a live band so bring tour chairs or blanket and enjoy as well as Blues Tuesdays in the same area. A block up at the new Buckley Park which is very nice on Saturdays they have the farmers market and the have Bocci Ball courts and a ping pong table as well , the California Theater hosts several events including well known Comedians, not to mention the restaurants close by which includes a La Veranda (Italian), Lumpys diner which is great, Nicks Deli, Cre Asian, and at the Marina is the Waterfront Grill and bar. The bait store is now reopened and new ownership which is real nice now and they also sell fresh frozen fish so you can grab a dinner in a few minutes. They will also be expanding and plans are already drawn to include a fresh fish market as well as A restaurant which they will be having crab pots so you’ll be able to have fresh crab right across the street
  Marina Heights is a prime location and is also under new ownership and are planning on making improvements to the property. It’s been good to me the past 7 years so I’ve given them 5 stars, come down and see all they and our community has to offer.

  Wonderful place to live! The office staff is super friendly and is always available to help with any questions. I have lived here for 7 years and often recommend to friends and family to move here. Quiet and peaceful!
