“I first got a bike fit with Mike back in 2010. I was preparing to ride across country for Susan G Komen. Mike donated the bike fitting and I cant express enough gratitude for that. While cycling across the USA I had zero issues with my bike and i can not tell you how many other riders I met on the rode, who didnt have a bike fit, that had some sort of ache or pain. I have zero doubt that I was so lucky because of Mike and his expertise. Fast forward, I recently got a new bike and rode from Vancouver to SF with out a bike fit, and I had multiple break downs, where I couldn't feel my hands and one time my knee completely locked up. I am now venturing from SF to Mexico and called Mike again to get a fit. He dialed my bike in and offered great tips for my journey. I have learned my lesson and will always call Mike when I get a new bike.”

Wall pricing states one and the register is higher and when asked about why is it advertised cheaper than in the system, the young staff just said, well that's the pricing and should be correct in the register. I stated if something is advertised lower, shouldn't the pricing be honored, they were reluctant to agree. I did appreciate the discount offered. Just requesting proper training and correct pricing as NO one likes to be mislead or have False Advertising. Sandwich and bread is simply great”

The equipment is also in great condition, and there's enough of it to go around so you never have to wait for someone else to finish using it. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, there's something for everyone at this gym. As a beginner, this is the best place you can go to in El Dorado Hills. The coaches are patient and understanding, and they're always willing to walk you through the basics. They take the time to explain every technique, break it down step by step, and help you master it before moving on to the next one. What I love most about Carlson Gracie EDH is that it feels like a community. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and there's always a positive vibe in the air. There are classes for all skill levels, ranging from kids' classes to advanced adult classes. The schedule is also flexible, which makes it easy to fit training into my busy schedule. Overall, I can't recommend Carlson Gracie EDH enough.”
