Not so good: I tried to cancel an order that was placed less than 20 minutes ago due to money reasons. When I reached out, I was informed they do not accept any cancellation and the representative directed me to read the policy on FAQ page. As a customer, I wish your cancellation policy can be more accessible & visible in the checkout process , and be more flexible. -

Not only did I receive a standard order confirmation, but also a Thank you email signed by the owner - it´s the small details that count. International delivery was reliable and very well timed for Valentine´s Day. I am very happy with the gift of my choice and so was it´s recipient, whose joy upon delivery attests to the quality of both the product and the customer service.
