We honestly had a new delivery person and they were punctual and know all of the items but Mike has been delivering to our dealership for years and he knows everyone by name and it's always a great time when he's here. Even when we have problems with orders, he offers quick solutions and keeps us updated with when the issue can be resolved! I don't think we will change companies ever with this guy handling our account!! Thanks Mike and Kleen Krafts. Please keep doing it awesome!!
