Here is a tip to finding this place: It is in the southeast corner of a shopping center/mini mall (not the usual place you would look for a library). But it is worth it, Very nice and helpful staff!!!
This county library location is small but carries a good amount of diverse books and movies. The staff is super helpful and they keep there shelves stocked and organized. The staff is there to help-they even tracked down a rare book that got transferred all the way from Alabama!
Had a wonderful first experience at a county library. Very friendly, helpful staff, both Lucy and Terri. Proud possessor of an LA County Library card now. I got 4 great DVDs for a dollar each, too. My 11yo grand daughter found DVDs she was excited about too and gave me a running commentary on the DVDs she found (Nana, this is SO good! You have to watch it!! So cute) Thank you, ladies.

Plus, that LA County Library App is FANTASTIC! I love having the ability to order books from any library throughout the system & have them quickly shipped to my local Charter Oak branch for pick-up! This is just a DREAM!
