When my water heater began giving off an emitting smell, I called on Plumbing Buddies to take care of the problem. Not only could they provide me with a better price than anyone else, but they also answered all our questions and ensured we were satisfied before leaving! This experience has been nothing short of positive, so if you're looking for someone who can do good work at competitive prices, look no further because these guys are it!

Jeremy and his crew were very pleasant to work with. They were highly professional, courteous, trustworthy, efficient, patient and wonderful communication skills. They completed the plumbing issues in the time they quoted. It's nice to have a honest business like Plumbing Buddies to call on. Also, Jeremy was very kind and patient with my dog, which is a Siberian Husky. My whole family thanks them so much. We will keep them in mind the next time we need their service and highly recommend them to our family and friends.

This company was very professional. They where able to help with an estimate over the phone and schedule me that same day for service. They where great at keeping me updated with time frames by text message. He was able to take my credit card payment right there when all the work was finished. Only complaint I have was the added 3% for using a credit card. In my opinion that passing their operational cost on to my so they can offer credit card as an option. But that's just my personal opinion about running business. They are still a great service provider that I will be calling again.

I called Jeremy after reading reviews on yelp. I needed some bathroom work done. He came out the next day. We discussed options and then he gave me reasonable solutions until I was ready to spend the big money on a bathroom remodel. The options worked out great for me and the budget. He is very informative and down to earth. He came with one of his other techs also named Jeremy and they knocked out the bathroom plumbing conversion in a matter of hours. I am very impressed with his work. He does not nickel and dime you. He is honest about what can and cannot be done. His card is permanently affixed to the refrigerator in case of any other plumbing needs. Thanks, Jeremy! Thanks to your tech Jeremy as well! His customers are definitely a priority and his communication is great. I recommend Plumbing Buddies for any plumbing needs.
