(November 6, 2018, 12:18 pm)Happy with Tony and his staff. I would say the strong point of this firm was honesty up front. They were brutally honest with me with what to expect with things taking time and not getting the amount of money I was feeling I deserved. I did not really like the honesty at the time but in the end I was left with a good taste in my mouth knowing I was not being strung along believing I would get something unrealistic.

I would use them again, even though I hope to never be injured again, especially on the job. The work comp system is a total scam and nightmare.

(October 26, 2018, 5:18 pm)I had a difficult case. I was hurt on the job and my employer did not have workers compensation insurance. He took me to the ER paid for my medical out of his own pocket. Promised to pay all my medical bills and pay me weekly pay until I got better. After about a month of excuses I got fed up and looked for a lawyer to help me. Everyone turned me away except this firm because my case was not able to be worked in the regular work comp system. I had to go through some other state fund setup to help me, which I found out was a lot of work and that is why the other law firms would not take my case. When Jose signed my case up he did tell me upfront that things would move slowly and to be patient but eventually things would settle. He was right, it did take a long time but eventually things did settle. I received medical treatment and a settlement for my disability. I cannot thank this whole firm enough for helping me in a time where nobody else would.

(October 25, 2018, 11:31 am)Jose and Tony were awesome to work with. I would work with them again. If you are looking for integrity and great communication you just found you new lawyer. As far as the work comp system, big 5 thumbs down, I was not happy with how I was treated by my employer at all. Good thing I had a lawyer directing me of I am sure I would have gotten myself fired.

(October 1, 2018, 4:58 pm)I was injured back in 2015 on the job. My doctor was very nice to me and I had a surgery and it did not go well. I was then sent to another doctor and I did not have a good experience so I called and hired a lawyer after speaking with Jose. Best decision I ever made. I am very happy and confident my best interest are being looked after.
