  Dr.Phithsamay is a guru! There are not enough words to explain how life-changing my experience with Align has been. I reached out to Align after a weekend of strenuous exercising consisting of running and jumping. A few days later I noticed my body was leaning toward one side and that I was experiencing very severe back pain. I tried a chiropractor and had no relief. It wasn’t until I contacted Align and met with Dr. Phithsamay, that I started seeing results. She reassured me that my physical condition wasn’t anything out of the norm. I did a consultation visit and immediately felt relief. Dr. Phithsamay also diagnosed my problem and followed up with a 12 week plan specifically designed for me, to get me back on my feet. I had so much relief after just doing the consultation that I made the decision to commit to the personalized 12-week plan Phithsamay created for me. Each week I got stronger and became more and more mobile. This program was to get me back on my feet but I honestly got stronger than I was before and my core became more defined.
  Well after working with Align and Dr. Phithsamay (my trainer), I utilize a regimen she’s developed along with the home gym she’s helped me design. During this process I’ve learned more about my body and the range of motion of movement. Phithsamay is not only a Doctor, she’s a trainer, mentor and a true savant to the field of physical therapy!

  After injuries and a couple of spine surgeries I followed thru with PT's referred by MD's and 'experts' and kept searching until I found Sarah Court. All PT's are not created equal. Her years of rigorous academic and hands-on study, paired with a very seasoned eye, have proved transformative for me, returning mobility and empowering me with the tools necessary to promote healing in between studio visits. Her professional manner, stellar knowledge base, and a determination to find therapies tailored to a client's unique situation are unmatched in my experience. I have zero hesitation and great confidence in recommending Ms. Court and Align Physical Therapy studio.

  When I finally connected with Align, I had already seen two other physical therapists with no results, and had been in severe pain for over six months. After just a few visits with Sarah Court, my pain started to diminish dramatically. Align is professional and client-centric, tailoring therapy as needed. No cookie-cutter routines. I hope you never need a physical therapist, but, if you do, go IMMEDIATELY to Align.

  I was so happy to find Align PT to help with my knee rehab. I had already done the "assembly line" type of PT where it feels like all patients are treated the same, given the same exercise whether they work for you or not. I was looking for something different, and I really found it.
  I've been working with Sarah Court for almost a year, and the pain on the opposite side of my body that brought me in, that had become unbearable and was affecting my sleep, is totally gone. She taught me how to re-balance my body to stop favoring the "good" side, how to really strengthen the muscles I need to keep my knee going as long as possible, and even how to walk "right." I have benefitted greatly from the depth of her knowledge and the warmth of her care. And, the Red Cord approach is actually fun, and gave me a good sense of my continuing progress. I feel a lot of gratitude for the quality care I have received from Align PT and for Sarah.

  Dr. Amanda Star is a brilliant holistic healer. I have worked with her for almost a year. In that time I have gone from chronic pain and difficulty with basic daily functioning to now feeling strong and stable. She has so many skills and tools at the ready and can really meet you where you are on your healing and strengthening journey. The combination of training she has means she can really provide a holistic program. I would highly recommend to anyone in a process of rehabilitating or for someone who just wants to Improve strengthen and function. The office is run professionally and all billing and scheduling is done with ease .
