    A few blocks away from the main tourist Street in China Town. This is a discount professional restaurant supply, mostly equipment and some Chinese food staples in bulk as well, tapioca pearls for the boba shops. Not clean or well lit or glamorous or particularly user friendly but they probably have what you want if you're looking for Chinese cook wares, along with a good selection of Western small wares as well.
    They sell both kinds of woks and all attendant tools in abundance. A Chinese made 16" wok will set you back $9, while the higher quality, longer lasting made in Japan version is triple that. Cleavers and Western knives, plates,etc. Restaurant grade stoves and other big stuff too but not the Gucci western brands (Wolf, Jade etc), all made in PRC.
    Very friendly guy at the front manning the cash register.
