(November 9, 2018, 7:57 pm)I have owned my EZ Lite Cruiser for 3 years. Having my Cruiser has enhanced my life & broadened my opportunities. Because of my Cruiser, I have enjoyed sporting events, concerts, plays & most of all travel. I have been able to fly and cruise. I’ve met beautiful people & seen amazing places I would not, if it were not for my Cruiser.
While on my last vacation, I experienced a problem with my Cruiser. I called customer service, in a panic, and Michael (customer service technician) took the time to walk me through diagnosing the problem. The motor had been damaged and was no longer operational. Upon returning home, I contacted Michael and made an appointment to take my Cruiser in for repair.
Despite the 5 hour round-trip drive to the EZ Lite Cruiser office, it was worth the trip. The staff was helpful & friendly. Michael evaluated my Cruiser and made a few recommendations to get my Cruiser back into top condition. I waited for Michael to replace the motor and perform the tune-up. Once complete, Michael loaded my Cruiser back into my Kia Soul. I only tell you about my car to let you know that an EZ Lite Cruiser does not require a van or SUV. I am able to place my Cruiser (on it’s side) in the rear of my vehicle and still allow 4 people to ride comfortably.
The EZ Lite Cruiser is AWESOME and their customer service is prompt, professional and a blessing! -
