I wanted to thank Verio….for being amazing while my mom needed her medical supplies from them. Their staff was always very helpful and accessible. Yes, they have a voicemail service as all companies do…but you get a call back within 24 hours of not within that day. Their after hours staff also super amazing one night my mom’s concentrator started to beep with alerts I called and they had someone contact me….at 1am the manager of the facility met me at the warehouse to exchange the machine. I offered to meet him there since he was driving from an hour away in to Chatsworth and we’re in Ventura county. If I missed their deliver day because I forgot to call in the exchange …they were always courteous and let me come by the warehouse to exchange tanks. Also their online chat feature…….I found was SUPER easy to schedule the exchanges or ask any questions.

My Cpap machine started to fail and I needed a new one. This machine provides critical support for breathing during the night. I got in touch with Ronda at the Chatsworth Verio location. She was a wealth of information and told me the steps that I needed to do to get the new machine.

I contacted my insurance company and began the process. I was able to get the new machine and wish to thank Ronda for all her help.

Carlos is the delivery person that delivered the machine. We just had my Step Father pass away and he was in Hospice. Carlos was the delivery person who delivered the oxygen and many other supplies. He remembered my step father and came in to say hello.

Carlos is a truly caring person who takes time out to listen to needs and helps out.

Ronda and Carlos are two individuals who are caring and take time to answer all questions.
