During the most difficult time, they do their best to make it as easy for you as possible. They take time to explain and also are patient - even with my family! Would highly recommend.

Our family chose Han Kook Mortuary to help with my father's funeral arrangements. From the beginning to the end, everyone was very courteous, friendly and efficient!

Highly recommend this Mortuary. Very professional staff and made a challenging process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them if your loved one passes.

I called to see if they had space to take my grandmother in right after she passed and they had availability right away. They picked up her body before 3 hours. Then in 2 days we had a consultation with Jenny. She gave us the price and took only the deposit which was the fee for picking up the body. She showed us her overpriced caskets (purchase your casket from Costco, just be there to inspect the casket on delivery day) and flower arrangements (if you have time purchase them from downtown). She also gave me a ETA on the funeral, which was 2 weeks. We had communication over the text. She was greet to deal with. The only problem was that she was not transparent with what the funeral home would provide. They didn’t include a signing in book or a picture. But if you can get them yourself get them. They will charge more. The only issue that we had was taking my Gma to the coroner because it is so busy the funeral was pushed 1 day later and Jenny did everything possible to keep the date before January 30. She did not charge extra for the weekend but we did get charged the coroner visit.

I think it would be great if they provided some kind of guide for the expense other than just saying a price. I’m used to a breakdown and I think everyone is. She also said she would have the death certificate within a month. So I am waiting for that.

On the day of the funeral everyone was so nice. We had a live stream but we had to take our devices. The provided the wifi. We had a 3 hour service with we paid more but it was nice. Although it was raining they let us be inside the home but they stressed 6 ft and mask and had all the doors open. They also did my grandmother’s makeup which she looked more Asian, even after I sent a picture of her.

But I think it was a nice service at the end we enjoyed about 4 hours and they didn’t really charge extra. The driver was great he waits until our burial service ended and he went to Hollywood forever.
