I was locked out of my building and my building manager would not answer the phone ! I didn't know what to do so I called NELA Locksmith. I had never dealt with being locked out before so I didn't know what to do. My friend recommended NELA Locksmith so I called and these guys sent someone to my house right away! The tech arrived so quickly and gave me a break down of the cost and the various options there were to getting inside. He was able to pick both locks on both of my doors and get me inside very quickly, I definitely recommend NELA locksmith to anyone in the area

I am a law clerk, and I was locked out of my office which had very important documents. I was tripping balls because I had locked down my office really tightly and the security was super intense. I didn’t think I would be able to get in after losing my keys. It was of great importance to retrieve my important documents in a timely manner . I called Luis from NELA Locksmith who arrived in a timely fashion and was able to not only get me into my office but also re key all my locks and get me a new key. My wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our place and called the guys at NELA to help us out. They were friendly, extremely service-oriented and got the job done. We were concerned that since we live in an older building with the original locks that they might not be able to get us in while keeping the original equipment intact, but they really came through.
