    The building is beautiful and the team who works there is great and genuinely caring! My ID fell out of my wallet out front a couple weeks ago and this was a very stressful situation for me. Luckily, James who works there, picked it up for me and made sure it was returned to me safely. There should be more good people like this in the world!

    My family and I (Me, husband, and our 1 year old) needed a place to stay after our house caught fire on 12/28/2019. We stayed at a hotel for 1 month and could not wait to get relocated into temporary housing because of the cramped quarters. Our insurance company was able to move us into the Regency Holt in February 2020 and it was such a blessing. The entire process with the Management Company was great. We went to go view the property, at that time had our choice of quite a few units, and were able to move-in within 1 week. We chose a first-floor unit that had 3BR / 2.5 BA which we stayed in from February 2020 through June 2020. The unit was furnished for us by Regency Holt and the linens were provided by our insurance company. The layout of the unit was perfect for a small family plus we had easy access to the garage parking and the expansive back patio.

    During our stay, we had prompt responses and concerns were addressed immediately. We regularly interacted with the building management and often saw them around. Benhur is the property manager that helped us execute our lease. Ryan was the onsite property assistant that addressed any concerns with our individual unit since it was furnished. James and Chris were the Coldwell Banker representatives onsite that also helped to manage the various units and tenants. Then we saw Merita cleaning the property every week.

    The only hiccup we had, which was resolved in 2 business days, was our internet. The building was constructed to be wired with AT&T fiber. Awesome, except AT&T would not allow us to do a month-to-month internet agreement with fiber -- even though we told them our housing situation was temporary. Back in February 2020, Spectrum had not wired the building for their services. We were told that Spectrum would have to do a survey and it could take 9 business days for all of that to be completed. We let the Management know our predicament. I'm not sure what the Owner of the building did, but the Spectrum people were out there 2 business days later wiring the building. I went outside to speak to the Spectrum technicians thinking it was my complaining that brought them sooner, and they said no, the customer listed on their paperwork was the Owner. That's how sh** gets done around there.

    Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and only left because the restoration of our house was complete. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that needs long-term housing or a short-term/temporary place to stay. It is a lovely property!

    My family & I needed a place to move in quickly as we were doing a remodel to our home. James & Chris we so helpful & accommodating. They made the move in a breeze. We required the unit to be furnished & everything turned out great. The building is brand new & very clean. Although we are only here for a limited time we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to move in the heart of Los Angeles!

    This complex features the best of both worlds: an optimal location with quick and easy access to any part of LA and units with a modern, yet "homey" feel. With vast attention to detail, breathable living space, and pristine city and sunrise/sunset views, these apartments represent a gem in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood. It's a must see!
