  So happy with my beautiful new furniture from King of Chairs! Don’t let the name fool you. They have it all & the Queen of all things gorgeous in furniture runs this awesome store. Rachel is a true professional & helped me find exactly the pieces I had in mind. They have a beautiful showroom of modern & unique finds & a great website for online shopping too.   I'm so happy with the customer service in this place. They helped me pick the right couch and it arrived a week earlier than expected. I totally recommend it!

  We are so pleased with their exceptional customer service. From the original call to the delivery, it was such a pleasant experience! Looking for a dinning set online, we got the phone number for their local office, I got in contact with RACHEL the best of the best sale representative, she is super nice, polite and professional, I was having a hard time going to see the furniture due to work, I told her I couldn't make it during business hours, she did something NO ONE ever does, she actually met with us at the store after the store had closed for the day to accommodate to our availability. We found what we wanted and placed the order, our dining set was delivered that weekend within 3 days of order, the whole process was very easy breeze I couldn't asked for more. I will definitely come back to them whenever I need furniture in the future, I recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture to have the best experience and not to forget the low prices.
