  My review is actually for the kelton location (still axiom) but I had a great senior year here. I lived on the first floor we had a huge balcony. I lived in the triple, we had five of us total. It felt spacious, we had many good times there. What I really appreciate is how Premier gave me a good recommendation for my new apartment I moved downtown since I graduated and I appreciated their quick response when the manager reached out to them. I had no complaints during my stay.

  I've rented a unit here for about a year now. This is the only place my partner and I found that allowed a pet over 25 lbs so we had no other choice. That said, our experience here has overall been a good one. Jennifer and both Joshuas at the main office are helpful and easy to talk to. Sometimes I drop by the office with my dog just to chat for a bit and Jennifer always has treats for the dog. Receiving mail has not been a problem and if a package requires a signature, oftentimes the delivery person will come knock on my unit door so I don't miss it. As far as maintenance, I tend to go to the office in person for maintenance requests and they are usually fulfilled quickly. Maintenance themselves are alright. They don't really speak much English and it is difficult to communicate with them. The original maintenance guy we had in the beginning (around Sept-Oct 2017) was great but I'm not sure where he went.
  
  The only other cons I can think of are the parking spaces are pretty small and the walls are thin. This is the reason for the docked star. The ceiling seems especially thin or it's just because my upstairs neighbor stomps around everywhere. I constantly hear thumping, items dropping, and furniture being scraped across the floor from upstairs even at 3 to 4 in the morning. Furthermore, they somehow flooded their bathtub which resulted in very dirty and rusty water leaking from our bathroom light socket into our bathroom. The people living upstairs are awful but I can't fault Axiom, Jennifer, or Joshua for that. It is just tough luck.
  
  Despite these experiences, my partner and I have lived pretty comfortably in our unit at Axiom Westwood and renewed for another year. I also heard from Jenn that the people living upstairs are moving out this Summer so I am really looking forward to that. Hopefully the next tenants are much more considerate.

  I lived at Axiom Westwood for the 2017-18 school year and I am happy with my experience. From working with Jennifer while touring the apartment complex to working with Joshua, their staff was very professional. Maintenance was quick to come the next day once you submit a request, but in my experience, a leaky faucet took 3 times to fix. Regardless, I appreciate their effort.
