  Brian Merrick recently helped us with a property appraisal following a death in the family. He was compassionate, efficient, and just plain nice, and he helped to make a difficult time easier for us. The property is staying in the family, but if we ever do need to sell, Brian would be the person we would turn to. He is not only extremely knowledgeable about Malibu and an experienced and excellent Realtor, he cares about the community, its residents, and its unique character.

  Brian was exemplary in all aspects of selling my aging parent's home last November. He has a tremendous knowledge of both the historical and present market conditions for the Malibu area. Drawing on decades of experience handling real estate transactions in this area, he had great insight into pricing and promoting the property.
  
  Brian was absolutely fantastic in dealing with both my parents and myself throughout the process. He was patient, listened well and communicated effectively. He went out of his way more than once to accommodate busy schedules. I especially appreciated the sensitivity he showed toward my folks who were moving away from the residence they had called home for almost 40 years.
