Had a huge list of "can you do this?" type questions, new taller feet, create new pillows with feather/ foam inserts, make a slipcover, etc. Everything on my list could be done! They have a massive selection of fabrics to choose from. I received my chair back fully done in four weeks, super fast. It is better than I imagined. The work is superb. So pleased. Highly recommend.
