  We couldn't have been happier with any other realtor than Paul. From Day 1 when we met with him, he was attentive and professional. He did show up a little late to our first appointment though, but he more than made up for it.
  
  Paul gave us great insight on how to prepare our home for sale. Throughout the entire process of selling our house, he was available, he was quick to make adjustments, and was very supportive to any questions we had. We appreciate his business knowledge, professionalism and genuine kindness. Our house sold quickly and above asking our asking price because of Paul.

  I saw a FB ad of his taken downtown in front of some courthouse where he talked about probate real estate. I don’t know how he was able to target me with the ad, but I had recently become the administrator of my cousin’s estate and none of the heirs could afford to buy each other out. We had to sell. I called Paul and he knew the probate process inside and out. He made a tough situation easy.

  I have friends and even a few family members that are real estate agents and even a few brokers, but the truth is, they only have their license to have their license. They aren’t active and they definitely don’t have the sales record that Paul has. Paul recently helped me buy a few units in WeHo. I went from finding him online to submitting an offer that got accepted in 7 days. Not shabby, though Paul made it clear this wasn’t an everyday thing. I don’t care. I’ll take it. I was happy about the outcome and I’m sure the sellers were too. Great job Paul.

  Paul was the first agent we met when we first started researching agents online. We saw one of his TalkToPaul videos and it resonated well with us. He made such a positive first impression after our first meeting that 4 months later we reached back out to him when we were ready to sell.
  
  We were nervous about selling, and we appreciated how well he knew his stuff. He was sensitive to our requests and patiently guided us through it. He's responsive to every call, email and text. We saw on another review that he often responds at like 4-5:00 in the morning, and that is true. He made us feel like we were a priority to him and that was important to us.
  
  On top of all this, he is genuinely a nice person, friendly, easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor, and has a positive outlook-even when delivering less than favorable news.

  Paul and his group at REH Real Estate were instrumental in helping me accomplish my dream of turning into a home owner. He is hands-on, hard working and very swift in the home purchasing process.
  
  Any time I found a property I was an interested in, Paul do his reconnaissance, and get back to me within 24 hours. Sometimes I'd get messages from him as early at 4:30 AM. Later on I'd find out it was while he was on his way to the gym. It was this kind of attention to detail that got me my home. I am convinced of this.
  
  I have referred many other clients to Paul and if I had to do it all over again I would use him and his services in a heartbeat.
