It’s a really nice gym for sure but you get what you pay for and a nice gym is not cheap. The grading is definitely soft which doesn’t bother me but don’t go thinking you can go outside and do a v5 just cause you can do a v5 here and especially don’t expect to lead 5.10c because you led a 5.10c inside. I’d definitely categorize it as a feel good gym based on the grading but still a great place to train if you can afford it. I will say atmosphere is a bit off compared to smaller gyms I’ve been to but the real estate and amount of climbs I suppose makes up for it. Showers and sauna and full gym is cool too. A lot of gyms don’t have that but I’d gladly give it up to pay less. My usual gym is just climbing walls, a small weight room and a bathroom. I’m coming here to climb. I don’t need anything more than walls to climb. I don’t see how showers justifies a double in price from the closest gym but I digress.

Great climbing gym in the SGV! It’s got a huge variety of bouldering walls and rope climbing. They have a gym upstairs that carries a lot of equipment. There’s a lot of cubby space and lockers to hold your personal belongings and a sauna. There’s a couple tables in the back if you wanted to study or work with wifi.

I recently visited this modern climbing gym and was impressed by its contemporary design, featuring numerous large holds and skilled route setters. The gym offers a variety of enjoyable climbs with unique moves like running jumps/ pizza delivery moves and creative sequences. Although I didn't have the opportunity to try the lead walls due to my limited time, they all looked visually appealing, with an emphasis on big holds and aesthetically pleasing routes.

However, I must mention a few drawbacks of this gym. Firstly, the price of a day pass without gear is quite steep at $30. Additionally, for competitive climbers who are accustomed to the modern movement seen in today's world cups and training centers, this gym may feel lacking. There is no spray wall, and while they have a 2019 moon board, it would have been preferable to have a more up-to-date version from 2016.

In terms of route features, the gym could benefit from incorporating screw-on feet and duel texture feet to provide more options for climbers. Bad feet are not seen on any of the routes in the entire gym. The absence of volumes throughout the entire gym limits the potential for creative route setting. Another concern I had was with the grading system. I encountered situations where I flashed multiple V7s but struggled with certain moves on the V5s. It would be helpful for the gym to have a higher emphasis on forerunning.

Despite these shortcomings, I believe this gym is well-suited for the average consumer, provided they can afford it. The staff members are friendly, the facility is new and clean, and overall, I had a good time during my visit over the past few days.

Excellent gym with great route setting. Plenty bouldering problems to choose from and the toprope/lead walls a great too. Good snacks, good gym workout area, good yoga room, good sauna and showers. So GOOD. Love it here

The new ropes area has very flattering grading. Pretty much ran out of things to work on immediately because everything is about 2 grades easier than labeled. So hardest thing is 5.10. Beginner friendly! But about 1/3 of the routes aren’t even up yet. Very excited what they do with the space. Love the tall walls.

The Post also has one of my favorite bounding sections of all the touchstones. Highly recommend!
