(July 10, 2022, 8:38 pm)I've been coming to this gym for a little over a year & It's way better than some of the other gyms in the area that I've tried out. It's spacious & has a variety of machines. If you decide to check it out, ask for Eli on the weekend shift! He's very helpful and makes sure the place stays clean and tidy.

(July 10, 2022, 8:37 pm)I have been going to this gym for about 2 years and it was been amazing. They have Olympic style weights and platforms for deadlifts and squats. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I usually work out on the weekends and it's not that busy. I'd recommend everyone to go on the weekends because that's usually when Eli works and he makes sure to have the place clean and all the weights are organized accordingly so that we have the best experience possible. I highly recommend going to this gym to anyone regardless of where they are in their fitness journey!!

They have all the equipment one needs for building muscle, shredding fat, for sports training, personal training, and overall a healthier life style. To top it off the prices are unbeatable! My Premier membership is 24.99 per month ( under a dollar per day ) and I have all clubs access, tanning bed, red-light therapy, hydro message beds, and guest privileges! Lets no forget that it rarely get packed unlike 24hrs, Planet Fitness, and La Fitness! Give it a try and you won't look back! Big gains for low prices!!!

(April 29, 2022, 7:09 pm)I've been coming to this gym for about 3 years and nonetheless the best atmosphere by far any gym I've gone to. Everyone you meet in here is goal driven and have similar goals to one and another. Everyone in here just wants to learn and grow and not only that we all kind of just pass our knowledge down to other people and vice versa. To finish it off the equipment is nicely taken care of and always clean. Good gym to be in if you want to meet your goals
