  This place has some of the best filet mignon! Compare to Morton’s, or Ruth Chris. Melts like butter in your mouth. The wedge salad is always crisp, the bacon rich, and the blue cheese dressing tangy. The au gratin potato dish is superb as well. They serve a wide range but I stick to the three listed basics above so no more to be said . The owner spends every evening greeting guests, and advising his employees quietly. His brother is the chef and comes out frequently to see how the guests are enjoying their meals. There is a long bar with well dressed regulars that come for the happy hour, and mellow live music suitable for dancing. My favorite is the outside dining at one end, and at the other end a fab lounge area with overhead heaters when needed, and comfy lounge furniture where you can put your feet up to the centrally located fire pit. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor lounge. This place looks like a swank 1930’s roadhouse, and you must try their filet mignon. If you buy the larger cut, ask to have it butterflied for more of that seared flavor!

  As a customer who has visited this establishment on a frequent basis, I can honestly say it is by far one of the most well rounded restaurants in the area for fine dining, drinking, lounging, celebrating, and entertainment. The warm friendly environment is established by the customer base, the fine local people who frequent this restaurant, and most of the staff that works there. Think Prime attracts a sophisticated yet wholesome clientele that is respectful and courteous, unlike some of its neighboring restaurants and pubs. I love that this is a predominantly family operated run business and I was always kindly greeted and felt welcomed when I walked in through the door. So it is with much regret that I must express my complete disappointment and dissatisfaction with the owner Kashi Aghilipour for demonstrating the exact opposite of what this establishment represented to me. Kashi's attitude and behavior towards me the last time I went there was rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, inexplicable, and ultimately unprofessional.
  This place has a lot of great qualities, except for Kashi Aghilipour.
