Julie Hwang went above and beyond in helping my husband and I purchase our first home! Her vast years of experience and expertise in LA/OC county real estate was instrumental throughout our home buying process. It was pretty clear that Julie really cares about her clients and puts her clients’ interests first. She gave her honest opinion on the pros and cons of every home we saw together and once we found a home we liked enough to put an offer on, she negotiated with the seller every step of the way until closing to get us the best deal/ terms possible. When my husband and I were shopping around for a lender, she also helped us find a lender that ended up offering the best rate. As this was our first purchase, my husband and I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Julie was always so patient and responsive (even through the holidays). We truly felt at ease knowing that Julie was representing us and our best interests - something that we didn’t feel when we speaking to other agents prior to working with Julie. She took the stress out of what should’ve been a really stressful process! Can’t recommend her enough!
