Walnut Creek Trail

Wilderness close to home. We used too ride our horses there.

This trail hides society pretty well. The landscape makes you feel like you are in Jurassic Park at times. At some points you are at the back of some large houses but it hardly takes away from the scene. Unfortunately, there is some graffiti at some spots (if you can call it that). About every half mile on the trail you have to cross the stream which kind of adds some fun to it, however, makes it a bit difficult to have a decent run. It seems moderately trafficked by everyone from hoodlums to dogs not on leashes
