What would my wife and I do with out your help? We were first time home buyers a fun and very crazy experience we all went through together. To make the experience even harder we were buying a home from HUD. Karen stood right by us and walked with us the whole way through. She went way beyond the call of duty even when I expected a "It's you're problem", or "It's their problem" type of reply from her. She went the extra mile and made sure everything was going according to plan. Thanks to her my wife and I own our very first home and we couldn't do it without Karen's help.

Karen also referred me to people to help us out with different issue we were having during the time we were buying the home. Not only did she do this for us she even checked up with the people she referred me to make sure everything was okay. I really can't believe the stuff she did for my wife and I. The things my wife was asking for wasn't even Karen's job duty but she did it anyway. I would try to explain to my wife "That's not her job, stop calling her". Karen didn't mind and she did it anyways.

It really amazes me what type of person Karen is and what she did for us. I high recommend her to all my friends and family.

Karen helped me an my family to find a house for our sabbatical year in LA. She showed great local knowledge of the area from Pasadena, South Pasadena, through San Marino to Arcadia. Good information of schools, shops and even where to get a good burger (In N' Out). One hectic day seeing 9 houses was enough and we have enjoyed living in Arcadia for a year.
