Really friendly staff, decent prices and awesome haircuts!!

The stylist was polite and did an amazing job. There was a minimal wait. Very accommodating!

(Update) Decided to give it another shot since it's so close to me. Got a men's cut with Ciara today and I must say, I'm super happy to have gone in. She was very attentive to detail and had me looking right again.

Management does need to work on having coverage though. She had to stop every other minute to answer calls and help walk-ins since she was the only stylist there. Very unfortunate for her but she kept composed and stayed friendly with everyone throughout.

*Went in for a men's haircuts. ANGIE was so rushed she didn't even ask me if the length she was cutting was ok. Stopped her before the first cut then she proceeded towards the ears that don't even match up. Didn't ask if I wanted round or squared off. Didn't show me the back of my head and didn't even clean me off with a towel. Rushed work is never quality work.Just moved out here and am super disappointed this is my local supercuts. My hair is gonna live under a hat for a good while.

Overall I was pretty happy with this store and it's unlimited haircut plan till I moved away in June and have been trying to cancel the unlimited plan since and it's been a nightmare because The people in the store won't cancel it for you. They tell you to send an email so I send the email once a month and never get a response. And my account still gets to charge and then when you try to call the store it goes straight to voicemail every time and you can never talk to a person. I've been trying to get a hold of the manager for months and this has been the most frustrating experience and every month I see a charge on my account that I'm not using!!!!!
