Audi Valencia

Audi Valencia has provided a great customer experience every time I have had my Audi A4 serviced; however, this last time, the communication was not as good. I received a text at 5:25 that my car was ready, and they closed at 5:30. They had told me it would be ready in the afternoon.
This was the first time a service rep did not come out to the car to meet me when I checked in; I had to go inside and get someone to help me. Interesting that they called after the service asking for a 5 star review for $50 worth of gas. Perhaps they wouldn’t have to resort to that if they had continued to really provide a 5 star experience. Hope they do better next time.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Mike Z. for helping me out with the purchase of my new (used) Audi. He answered all (and I had a lot) of my annoying questions and he worked with the managers to get me the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend Mike Z. Not only did I get a great deal, he was very easy to work with and made the process simple and fast. He took great care of me. Mike went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. In addition, I had an excellent experience trading in my car to Valencia Audi.
