Schedule an appointment for a service recall alert my vehicle had and an oil change yesterday. My service advisor was awesome! His name was Edward Simeon, he was attentive, quick and made everything so easy for me. I will definitely continue to come to this Lexus because of him. Thanks Edward!

Wow Lexus of Valencia has made my dream to own a Lexus come true. It was the fastest and best experience I have ever had on purchasing a vehicle. Petar from their sales team is the man! He made it so easy and explained everything so clearly he got me wrapped up in 2 hours. I drove off with my new Lexus so happy and exited but not just for the car but also because of that Lexus team. Excellent service! My service adviser Brian was thorough and honest. He advised me exactly what my car required this service period, nothing extra. My service was completed in less than 2 hours while I waited at the dealer. Car was delivered freshly washed as usual. Awesome Job!

Brought my car in on Saturday. Tom took great care of me. Car was washed and ready to go in a few hours. Only issue was I needed some help reprogramming my quick dial and nobody could help me. Guess I'll have to read the manual!
