  The team at Learn to Surf LA was amazing. They had great pointers for me and I really improved during the lesson. Plus I was able to get up in my first lesson which was awesome. All of the instructors are really fun and friendly. Highly recommend taking lessons with them.

  Mike was an amazing instructor especially for two first timers!! Absolutely recommend the experience to anyone who is even considering learning to surf. Mike had us up and going quick and had tons to share about the area and his travels. Thanks a ton!

  We had a wonderful experience getting on a surf board for the first time. Our instructor, Daniel, was tireless in teaching and helping us to ultimately get on our feet. I want to add that Daniel made a special effort with our kids who were initially reluctant to stand up. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend Learn to Surf to any beginner.

  Amazing experience. I skateboard and now I am able to surf! By my first lesson I was up on the board (though my instructor said because I skate it was easier) I had mike and he was great. He broke it down greatly and I had a great time. I also had Luna my second day and she did amazing helping spot out small things I could fix that would make my surf better!!

  I’ve been waiting years to take my first lesson in LA, and now I’m not sure why I waited so long! My instructor was Luna and she made the experience safe and fun and such a thrill! She was patient with me and kept motivating me at the same time. I think I’m most amazed at the fact that I was able to get up on the board...many times! Since I’m a local, I will definitely be looking into taking more lessons. ????????
